  • No sale of Schedule medicines without a valid prescription where legally required.
  • The Responsible Pharmacist may refuse to dispense a prescription where clinically or legally appropriate.
  • The Responsible Pharmacist reserves the right to limit the quantity of products that may be purchased, in line with the Medicines and Related substances act.
  • Medicines that have left the pharmacy cannot ordinarily be returned for resale.
  • Cold-chain products remain the customer's responsibility after delivery unless damaged or supplied incorrectly.
